          (ภาษาไทย)    ปัญหาสำคัญเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายที่นักศึกษามีความสนใจ  โดยวิเคราะห์แนวคำพิพากษาของศาลชั้นต้น ศาลอุทธรณ์ ศาลฎีกา รวมถึงกฎหมายต่างประเทศ โดยการจัดให้มีการสัมมนาในประเด็นสำคัญต่าง ๆ ทาง กฎหมายในเรื่องใดเรื่องหนึ่งหรือหลายเรื่อง
